More Dogs & Cats Coming In Soon

HELP! We are in need of foster homes,

we can then help more cats and dogs find their Fur-Ever Homes

Disaster strikes one blustery autumnal evening when Luna, a rescue dog, bolts after being frightened by fireworks.

It had been only two wonderful months since she found her forever home and a mummy who loves her very much; and now she is lost, scared, cold and hungry.

She tries to find her way home but the journey has many challenges.

Will she ever make it back to her mummy and her home?

Will she ever be safe and cosy again?

Little Lost Luna is a local story captured in a children’s book aimed at encouraging rescuing dogs and raising awareness of missing dogs. It is also raising money for small dog charities (50% of profits go to them).

The story details Luna’s tale of when she went missing from Salisbury for 10 days after being frightened by fireworks; it had only been two months since she found her forever home.

She was spotted right across Wiltshire and Hampshire and clocked about 100 miles on her misadventure.

Little Lost Luna is limited edition and only available to purchase until Valentine’s Day. Click on the picture below for more details.

Please stay tuned as we always have more animals coming in

Our Rehoming Centre

FurBuddies is a small family run Animal Rehoming Centre, based in the New Forest.

FurBuddies was set up in 2018 by Neil & Helen Arnold (with family support) to help animals that are in desperate need of a loving FurEver home.

Having rescued many animals in need of help for other rescues, we felt that too many animals have been appearing in adverts ‘Free to a good home’ and then taken away to be used as bait animals or otherwise mistreated.

All of our rescues come from the UK, we do not import our dogs as we also feel there are enough animals here at home that need our help.

Our mission is to take the animals in and care for them, and if necessary to arrange vet treatment and nurse them back to health.

The animals are cared for in our home or other carefully chosen foster homes.

After a suitable time in foster care to ensure they are healthy, and to assess their nature, we then look for their Fur-Ever home in a happy and caring environment. We are there for the rest of their lives as support if required.
